Integrating Service Advisor to Monitoring Tools & ITSM Systems
PuzzleLogic Service Advisor can integrate to your existing systems to turn your IT data into actionable insights. Service Advisor can consume CI- (configuration item) data, event data, and other ops-related data from monitoring tools and ITSM systems such as BMC Remedy or ServiceNow. The newly consumed data is validated and cleansed, aggregated and correlated with other data in the system, and presented in several integrated views in the PuzzleLogic UI. For example, you can view consolidated CI-related messages on the What's New page or CI-to-CI relationships on the Connections page.
Using PuzzleLogic's Command Line Interface (CLI) Utility and Agent, you can pull event data from your various monitoring tools and load the data into the Service Advisor Data Repository.
PuzzleLogic's out-of-the-box data integration jobs enable you to quickly pull data from your BMC Remedy or ServiceNow ITSM system and load the data into the Service Advisor Data Repository.
NOTE: You can manually add CI data, either one by one or in bulk (through CSV files), directly through the Service Advisor UI.
